What it is

A keynote can shift how a room thinks for an afternoon. A masterclass gives leaders time to work on the thinking itself — with discussion, application to their own situations, and the space to disagree.

How it differs from the keynote

The keynote makes the case. The masterclass is where a leadership team decides what it means for them specifically, and leaves with something they have written themselves rather than something they were told.
